The Hertfordshire Wanderers is an informal group of masons with an urge to travel.  Visits are arranged to Lodges throughout U K and Overseas, often to Meetings of special interest.  Travel is usually by car on an expense sharing basis.  Anyone interested in having his name added to the mailing list to be kept in formed of future trips should advise W.Bro Goodman as above

 

Where names are given appended to each event, they are provisional only to record interest, and does not involve a firm commitment until very much nearer the date in question.

 

Friday 28th March – Guildhall Lodge, Mansion House, London (FULLY BOOKED)

Once again we have secured an allocation of places for the Installation Meeting at this magnificent venue, where the Lord Mayor of London will be Installed by The Deputy rand Master. We are usually over-subscribed for this event so please make you reservation early. Expensive but a very interesting experience. Price £85.

Return visit to this day out by the sea, usually commencing with lunch at The Lobster followed by relaxation before Lodge at 1800 hrs. On this occasion it has been suggested that ladies might come too. They will be looked after by Lesley while we are at Lodge. B & B accommodation easily available in Sheringham

Thursday 10th July – Hampton Court Flower Show

The Uxbridge Masonic Luncheon Club is organizing a coach trip and we are invited to join in with them. The reduced entrance fee for the afternoon session is £16.50. It is hoped to run a coach from Ashwell House, for which the fare will be advised later
